Network Superstar
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Overview
Network Superstar is a game about IT troubleshooting, career progression, ranks, badges, and achievements. It is built with the same TinyRobots privacy approach as our other apps: we do not ask you to create an account, we do not run a backend server that stores your game data, we do not track you, we do not advertise to you, and we do not sell or share personal information.
What we do not do
- We do not ask you to create a Network Superstar account.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information.
- We do not run a TinyRobots backend server that stores your player profile, progress, choices, ranks, badges, or activity.
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or behavioral tracking SDKs.
- We do not display advertisements.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not sell your data. We do not have a gameplay-data business to sell from.

Gameplay data
Network Superstar stores gameplay information needed to run the game, such as your selected player details, workplace, progress, XP, rank, badges, streaks, settings, app customization choices, and saved game state. This data is used only to provide the game experience and remember your progress.
Gameplay data is stored on your device first. If you never use iCloud features, your game progress stays local to your device except for Apple platform services you choose to use, such as Game Center achievements.
iCloud save data
If iCloud save features are available and enabled, Network Superstar may store game progress in your own Apple iCloud or CloudKit account so your progress can be restored or synced on devices signed into your Apple ID. We do not operate that cloud storage, and we do not have a dashboard, database, export tool, or server-side admin view into your saved game data. Apple's iCloud terms, security, and privacy practices govern that storage.
Game Center
Network Superstar may use Apple Game Center for achievements or related game features. When you use Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center account information, achievement activity, and related identifiers according to Apple's privacy practices. We use Game Center only to provide in-game achievement features. We do not use Game Center as an analytics or advertising system.
Notifications
If you choose to enable notifications, Network Superstar may use notifications for game reminders or app-related prompts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. Notifications are scheduled for gameplay reminders; we do not operate a push marketing server and we do not use notifications to track or advertise to you.
App updates
Network Superstar may contact Expo's update service to check for and download app updates. Network Superstar does not send your player profile, ticket choices, rank, badges, saved progress, or other gameplay content to Expo for analytics or advertising.
Apple and App Store services
Because Network Superstar is distributed through the App Store and runs on Apple platforms, Apple may collect its own download, diagnostic, purchase, crash, and device information under Apple's privacy policy and your Apple settings. We may see the aggregate App Store metrics Apple makes available to developers, such as total downloads, country or region, and Apple diagnostic information. We do not add a separate analytics pipeline, telemetry system, or event log of our own.
What we can and cannot see
We cannot see your player profile, ticket decisions, incident choices, game progress, ranks, badges, streaks, settings, or session-by-session activity. That information lives on your device and, if enabled, in your Apple iCloud/Game Center services.
If you email us for support, we will receive the email address and information you choose to include in that message. We use support email only to respond to you and handle the issue you contacted us about.
Your choices
You can manage Game Center, iCloud, and notification settings through your Apple device settings. You can also delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device. To ask questions or request help with privacy-related matters, email team.superstar@proton.me.
Data retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it, reset it inside the app if that option is available, or uninstall the app. If iCloud save is enabled, iCloud game data is controlled through your Apple account and iCloud storage settings. Because we do not run a TinyRobots gameplay-data server, there is no separate server-side gameplay data deletion request to file with us.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Network Superstar is designed so we do not collect personal information from anyone through a TinyRobots account, analytics SDK, ad network, or backend gameplay server.
Security
Data stored locally is protected by your device and operating system settings. Data synced through iCloud or Game Center is handled by Apple using Apple's platform security practices. We do not introduce a TinyRobots backend endpoint for gameplay data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
